Before you ask
How long does a website take?
Most Launch and Grow sites go live in two to three weeks from our first call. Online stores and ordering setups can take a little longer. Your timeline is part of the written quote, so you know the launch date before we start.
I already have a domain name. Can you use it?
Yes — and you should keep it. We build on your existing domain whenever possible. If your domain is parked, expired, or pointing at the wrong place, we'll sort that out as part of the project.
Do I need to write everything myself?
No. Tell us about your business on a short call and we'll draft the wording for you, then you approve or tweak it. If you have photos, great — if not, we'll talk through options during the design draft.
What if I need changes after launch?
Simple updates like hours, prices, and photos are exactly what the Care Plan covers. Bigger changes — new pages, new features — are quoted flat before we start, just like the original build.
Do you only work with Twin Cities businesses?
The Twin Cities is home, and we love working locally, but everything we do works over phone and email — so if you're further out, we're still happy to build your site.
Who owns the website when it's done?
You do. Your domain, your content, your site. If you ever move on, everything goes with you — no hostage situations, no lock-in fees.
